Since retiring in 2012 from 17 years as a morning news anchor for Clear Channel Radio Angela Monson has perused her love of cooking, fine food and wine as well as the art of entertaining. She has traveled the globe to attend select courses to hone her culinary skills. Angela has studied several times a year at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Top Chef Kitchen in Dubai, The Culinary Institute of America in Napa California and most recently she worked with the Chefs in New Delhi India at the Shangri La Resort studying spice blends for Indian cooking. “It is a pleasure to be back in the States to partner with Spokane’s premiere kitchen store The Kitchen Engine.”
