Nicole Frickle is the co-owner at The Kitchen Engine and has a passion for good food. Her mother inspired her cooking as well as her born curiosity for fun and creative cooking. “Everyone has to eat so why not love and enjoy your food. Cooking is an art and I love to create food that inspires. I believe there is a little chef in all of us… we just need a little help finding it”.
Nicole also specializes in private classes for any event. Her specialty classes include: Artisan Pizza, Crepes, Pie Making, Fish & Chips, Thai and MORE!
