Description: There’s nothing quite like a bowl of hot soup on a crisp autumn evening. And there’s no better time than now to put some pizzazz into old classics! Jamie will show you how to breathe new life into soups like: Rustic Potato, Tomato Basil, “Chicken” Noodle and Minestrone, by using fresh ingredients, clean flavor profiles and lots of herbs and spices. You’ll also learn how to make Vegetable Chili, and a sensational Creamy Tortellini Soup. All of these soups are quick and easy to make, but Jamie will show you a few make ahead tips so you can come home to dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes!
