Class: Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Instructor: Chef Mark Steinmetz

Description: If your impression of meatloaf is a mass of meat and ketchup than you will be blown away at how spectacular meatloaf can be. Chef Mark will make you a “meatloaf convert”!  In this class Chef Mark will show you how to re-invent this classic dinnertime staple to an “I’ll have seconds!” worthy meatloaf!

This is not your grandma’s meatloaf. In this class Mark will teach you how to make a hearty moist, bacon wrapped meat loaf using not just beef, but also pork. He will pair this with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and smother it in a mushroom onion demi-glace.

Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
