Description: The word relleno means ‘stuffed’. That being said, there are so many varieties of chilies to stuff with many different fillings and batters. Do you want to learn how to make the best, fluffiest, most delicious Rellenos? Here’s a secret family recipe that you can’t find anywhere else! Come join Chef Vira as she shares with you her talent in making her family’s BEST Chilies Rellenos! She will also teach you about cheese pairings and Rellenos from different regions of Mexico – not all Rellenos are created equal! Don’t miss it!

Class limit: 16          Class Style: Presentation*          Class Cost: $39          Class time: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
