Class: Breads – Garlic/Parmesan Bread and Asiago/Apple Bread
Instructor: Chef Vira Melendez-Redman
Description: Nothing could be more comforting on a cold winter day than to bake bread. In this class you’ll learn how simple it is to bake bread. You’ll learn easy kneading techniques and different proofing ideas that you may not have explored before and other tips you can use in many different applications. Chef Vira will also create a salad for the perfect side. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands in the dough!
Class limit: 10 Class Style: Presentation/Hands-On* Class Cost: $45 Class time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours
Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!
*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,
Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
