Instructor: Chef David Ross – He’s a Food Writer and Cooking Teacher and has presented on radio and TV. He represented Spokane and the Pacific NW on “Master-Chef USA on PBS,” (the first “reality” show with a cooking theme), rising to one of the top three Amateur Cooks in America.

Description: In this class, Chef David will show you how to roast a delicious pork loin, accented with the flavors of juniper berries and fresh sage. (his Grandfather’s favorite Fall dish) Then you will dive into crafting the perfect wild mushroom risotto. We’ll discuss the special rice that is used for risotto, the broth, the mushrooms and the best techniques to insure your risotto is brought to the table hot and creamy. **Note: Price reflects the current market price for quality meats.
