Class: Show Stopping Veggie Burgers
Instructor: Jamie Aquino
Description:  These meatless burgers will have your guests drooling! Made to impress, these burgers are piled high with accompaniments that you’ll want to use on all your burgers! Whether you’re a carnivore, omnivore, or vegetarian, you’ll appreciate these innovative techniques and ingredients! On the menu: Southwest Burgers served with Roasted Garlic & Poblano Chutney, Quinoa Burgers, served in classic cheeseburger style, and Mushroom Parmesan Burgers served with Creamy Garlic Spread. These awesome burgers can be made ahead of time and reheated on a BBQ or grill for the classic flame broiled flavor! This class will change the way you view meatless cooking!

Class Limit: 16          Class Style: Presentation*        Class Cost: $39         Class time: approx. 1.5 hours

Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
