Class: The Tofu Transformation – South-of-the-Border – NEW CLASS!
Instructor: Jamie Aquino
Description: Did you know tofu is a versatile food that can be used in more than just Asian dishes? Let Jamie teach you how to make classic Mexican recipes made with this ancient Chinese food and her own unique twist! First, you’ll get hands-on with her Basic Tofu recipe, where she will show you her Dry Fry Method to make chewy, flavorful tofu every time. Next, you’ll watch as she prepares three recipes and discusses how and when to use different tofu textures, cooking and storing methods, along with how to create and cook Thousand Layer Tofu. On the dinner menu: Classic Fajitas with a Cilantro Lime Dip, Chili Verde Burritos and Mexican Crema, and a traditional Mexican dessert that’ll have you saying, Muy Bien! *Note: all dishes will have the option of being served without dairy and gluten.
