Mark Steinmetz was born and raised in Spokane and enjoys living in the northwest. He is a culinary graduate of the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy and has been cooking for 20 years and the last 17 years has been employed with Clinkerdaggers a Restaurant of U.U.I (Restaurants Unlimited Inc.). For the past 2 years he has been a Sous chef with them. He enjoys outdoor activities and of course cooking. Chef Mark’s specialty classes include: Salmon, BBQ Ribs, Desserts, Cutting Steaks from Primal Cuts, etc.
