Description: Who needs takeout when you can easily create tasty, authentic Thai dishes at home? Join us and learn secrets for combining aromatic herbs and spices with seasonal ingredients to create the flavors that make Thai cuisine uniquely delicious. Take this class and see how Tiffany can show you some great techniques so you can create an amazing Red Coconut Curry Shrimp dish and a Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce.  Plus, Tiffany will take you throughout the steps for preparing a perfect Phad Kee Mao Drunken Street Noodles.

Class Limit: 16            Class Style: Presentation*               Class Cost: $39             Class time: approx. 1-1/2 hour


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
