Anytime Party Appetizers with Kristi Fountain

Class: Anytime Party Appetizers:

Instructor: Kristi Fountain

Description: Learn how to make beautiful and delicious appetizers that will impress your guests but won’t take you all day to prepare! In this hands-on class, you and your fellow students will work side-by-side with Kristi to make Pastry Wrapped Brat Bites, Endive Salad Boats, Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini with Honey & Thyme, Herbed Goat Cheese Roll and Savory Shortbread Medallions. You will leave class with recipes and hands-on experience that will allow you to make appetizers that are perfect for any party!

Class Limit: 10             Class Style: Hands-on*            Class Cost: $55            Class time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours  


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and meal-sized portions of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and meal-sized portions of food. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
