Class: Artisan Pizza

Instructor: Kristi Fountain

Description: Skip delivery! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques and recipes to make gourmet pizza at home. Kristi will walk you through making and forming your own homemade dough, sauce choices, cheeses and toppings. You’ll form your own individual crust and use a variety of seasonal ingredients, including vegetarian and meat options, to create your own unique pizza masterpiece to enjoy at the end of class. You’ll leave class with all the skills you need to easily make delicious homemade pizza in your own oven!

Class Limit: 10            Class Style: Hands-on*          Class Cost: $45         Class time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours  


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
