Artisan Pizza with Nicole Frickle

Class: Artisan Pizza

Instructor: Nicole Frickle

Description: Nicole has worked hard to perfect this class. If you want to up your pizza game, this is the class for you! In this hands-on class, we will cover everything from making amazing dough, sauce, types of cheese, toppings and all the little secrets to making it awesome. There will be vegetarian and meat options and everyone will get to make their own pizza!  Bonus: Nicole will also show you how to make a “Chicago style” deep-dish pizza.

Class limit: 10            Class Style: Hands-On*           Class Cost: $45             Class time: approx. 1.5 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
