Description: Ribs and barbecue are iconic American dishes and summer grilling season in the Inland Northwest is around the corner. Ribs and barbecue flavors aren’t just an American dish and have been a part of Asian cuisines for generations. Today we’ll learn how to make baby back ribs paired with a sweet, sticky Asian-flavored glaze. Chef David will show how you can cook the ribs in your oven or the outdoor barbecue grill. We’ll pair the ribs with a clean, crisp, refreshing cucumber salad with pickled Thai bird chiles.
