Description: Have you ever wanted to master the art of biscuits & gravy — the holy grail of comfort food? Come cook (and bake!) up a batch with Ross Carper, owner of The Compass Breakfast Wagon, a humble food trailer that has become one of Spokane’s favorite biscuits & gravy spots. We’ll also work on perfecting our egg-poaching skills — so you’ll leave armed with the know-how to cook a complete, hearty breakfast for the people you love.

 

Ross Carper is a local business owner, writer, marketer, nonprofit organizer, and… well, he does a lot of things. The Compass Breakfast Wagon is a Cliff Cannon neighborhood business that serves up scratch-made food sourced from local Inland Northwest farms. Since opening in September 2017, The Compass has established itself as a uniquely delicious breakfast option on the lower south hill (corner of 10th & Maple, a few days a week during the non-snowy months). www.thecompassbreakfastwagon.com
