Class: Burgers – Plant Based Protein

Instructor: Jamie Aquino
Description: It’s grilling season! It’s time to break out the burgers and BBQ, but you don’t have to break your New Year’s resolution to eat healthier. Come learn to make meatless “burgers”, packed with protein, nutrition and most importantly, FLAVOR! On the menu: California Quinoa Sliders with fresh Greek Relish and creamy avocado. Oat-burgers topped with classic condiments or one of Jamie’s Aioli’s, Roasted Pepper or Sriracha Garlic (you’ll be going home with these recipes too!). Last but not least: Sun-burgers, these flavorful burgers get their name from the brightly colored vegetables used in this recipe! This class will change the way you view meatless cooking!

Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
