Come join Chef Vira as she shares with you her talent in making her family’s BEST Chilies Rellenos with Hatch Chiles, grown in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico. These unique chiles are similar to an Anaheim pepper and are known for intense flavors. They have a short season of availability in this area so now’s the time to join this class! Chef Vira will also teach you about cheese pairings and Rellenos from different regions of Mexico – not all Rellenos are created equal! Don’t miss it!
