Description:  A true reinvention of classic breakfast dishes that are usually high in cholesterol, saturated fat, and refined sugar. In this class you will learn that a little creativity goes a long way to transform these favorites into delicious and nutritious dishes! On the brunch menu: “Sausage” and Country Gravy served over fresh biscuits, Breakfast Hash with Scrambled “Eggs” and Fruity French Toast served with two syrups; Blueberry White Grape & Maple Pecan Praline.
