Class: Classic Breakfast Dishes Reinvented – a Plant-Based Brunch
Instructor: Jamie Aquino
Description: A true reinvention of classic breakfast dishes that are usually high in cholesterol, saturated fat, and refined sugar. In this class you will learn that a little creativity goes a long way to transform these favorites into delicious dishes! On the brunch menu: “Breakfast Sausage” and Peppered Country Gravy served over fresh biscuits, Veggie Hash with Scrambled “Eggs”, and a decidedly non-traditional French Toast served with Fresh Fruit Syrup. We’re eliminating the cholesterol and empty calories without sacrificing the flavor! All recipes are made without eggs, dairy, meat, refined sugar and are both vegan and vegetarian friendly! The “Sausage” and Scrambled “Eggs” recipes are very versatile and can be used in dozens of other recipes! Don’t miss this amazing class.
