Description: Tonight, Chef David will present a few of his favorite Thai dishes. We’ll start with “Som Tum” Green Papaya Salad, a refreshing, crisp salad of green papaya, tomato, green beans, peanuts and a lime chile dressing. He will then make a traditional Satay; marinated, grilled strips of beef, pork and chicken. Satay is a dish served at street markets and restaurants throughout Thailand. We’ll serve the Satay with two different dipping sauces–a traditional Thai peanut sauce, and then a fragrant mint and basil sauce.
