Class: Cocktail Party Appetizers 

Instructor: Kristi Fountain

Description: Get ready for the holidays and learn how to make beautiful and delicious appetizers that will impress your guests but won’t take you all day to prepare! In this class, Kristi will demonstrate how to make Pastry Wrapped Brat Bites, Endive Salad Boats and Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini with Honey & Thyme while sharing her stress-free entertaining tips throughout the class. You will get to enjoy all these elegant finger-foods while sipping on a non-alcoholic Party Elixir. This trio of appetizers is perfect for any cocktail party that you host or individually they’re ideal for sharing when you’re headed to a party hosted by a friend.

Class Limit: 16        Class Style: Presentation*          Class Cost: $39            Class time: approx. 1.5 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.
