Class: Cooking with a Multicooker – Carnivore-Vegetarian-Vegan
Instructor: Marilee Kinsella
Description: Third in a series of classes focusing on pressure cooking with your Multicooker. Marilee will present three simple weeknight pressure-cooked dinner options. She’ll feature three one-pot meals, carnivore, vegetarian and vegan. On the menu: Gringo Beef Chili (with options for adding heat), Risotto and a Lentil Vegetable Soup that’s fortifying and delicious. These pressure-cooked meals are finished in less than half the time of conventional cooking and just as delicious! Marilee will also address any Multicooker questions and concerns you may have. (Marilee will be using a Zavor brand multicooker, but she also owns an “Instant Pot” and can answer your questions on either brand)

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
