Class: French Bistro Dinner

Instructor: Chef David Ross
: Join us for an evening of fun as you immerse yourselves in elegant Parisian cuisine. Chef David will walk you through essential French techniques for a salad of pear, bleu cheese, toasted hazelnuts and greens with a walnut oil vinaigrette.  Then he will demonstrate how to make a French-style slow-braised beef in red wine served with pasta. Don’t miss this fun evening to learn the surprisingly simple steps for creating a classic French meal.                            **Cost reflects the current prices of high-quality meats

Class Limit: 16     Class Style: Presentation*     Class Cost: $45**        Class time: approx. 1-1.5 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)
