Description: Join us for an evening of fun as you immerse yourselves in elegant Parisian cuisine. Chef David will walk you through essential French techniques for a salad of pear, bleu cheese, toasted hazelnuts and greens with a walnut oil vinaigrette. Then he will demonstrate how to make a French-style slow-braised beef in red wine served with pasta. Don’t miss this fun afternoon to learn the surprisingly simple steps for creating a classic French meal. **Cost reflects the current prices of high-quality meats Class Limit: 16 Class Style: Presentation* Class Cost: $45** Class time: approx. 1-1.5 hours
