Description: Take your palate on a trip around the globe in ninety minutes! These recipes are packed with veggies, herbs and spices that create flavor profiles unique to their country of origin! Your taste buds will travel to the continent of Asia for Malaysian Curry Laksa, made with coconut milk and warming spices. Take a quick stop in Eurasia for Ezogelin, a Turkish red lentil soup, before heading to Europe to experience Italian Cucina Rustica, and Scottish Cock-A-Leekie, made with buttery potatoes and savory leeks. Last, you’ll experience the flavors of Mexico in a pot of Poblano Asado Sopa De Arroz, full of smoky peppers, fresh corn, and hearty brown rice. Don’t miss this globe-trotting experience!
