Description: There’s nothing quite as delicious as fresh Gnocchi, and crafting it yourself is so easy you’ll wonder why you never did before. Come on down to The Kitchen Engine and learn how to make this incredible Italian favorite! In this hands-on class Tiffany will teach you how to make homemade Gnocchi, garlic-y Alfredo and from-scratch Pesto. Plus the meal will also include a classic Caprese salad and “to die for” garlic bread! The class will also include a gnocchi board, so you can go home and practice your new skills! Hurry though, because this class books up fast. Class limit: 12 Class Style: Hands-On* Class Cost: $45 Class time: approx. 1-1&1/2 hours

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,
Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
