Description: Jamie has put together her favorite aspects of the Paleo, Plant-based, and Vegetarian lifestyles and packed them into four nutritious and delicious recipes!
In this class you’ll learn how to craft nutrient-dense foods like quinoa, cauliflower, Brazil nuts, coconut, flax, cilantro, honey, and garbanzo beans into hearty entrees, sides and even dessert.
These recipes are easy to make, have minimal cook times and make fantastic weeknight dinners. Even the leftovers make great lunches! On the menu: Cauliflower “Rice” Bowls, Mexican Quinoa Salad* and a European flatbread called Socca, served two ways, as traditional flatbread and in Socca Stuffed Crepes. For dessert, Jamie will show you how to make a super easy Peanut Butter Cookie recipe! Come learn how easy and tasty grain-free dishes can be!
