Description: Is there anything more satisfying than a bowl of hot soup on a cold day? The soups in this class are full of delicious vegetables like beets, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and squash, plus all the nutrition that comes with them! Jamie will show you her innovative techniques and ingredients to create smooth and creamy soup bases, without any dairy! Come experience the fantastic variety of flavors, textures and colors in these six soups: Creamy Cauliflower & Potato, Butternut & Greens, Cream of Potato, Tomato Beet Bisque, “Cheesy” Broccoli and a versatile Creamy Mushroom soup that can be used in many other recipes! All recipes are vegetarian and plant based/vegan friendly.*Note: recipes contain tree nuts, recipes are gluten free
