Description: Chocolate is always a good idea! Who can resist these recipes in any season? Come join Chocolatier Julia and learn the secrets to making delicious and beautiful confections. She will be teaching you how to make Hand Rolled Truffles, Chocolate Mexican Wedding cake cookies and Caramelized Plantains served with a Mexican cream sauce and shavings of Venezuelan dark chocolate.
