Description: Do you love Indian food? Do you crave the intoxicating mixture of spices, herbs, and aromatics that are the heart and soul of Indian cuisine? Join Jamie for her very first class featuring her take on classic Indian recipes! First up on the dinner menu, a simple and savory bowl of Curried Lentils. Then, onto Vegetable Kofta, simmered in a creamy Coconut Curry, accompanied by warm Indian Naan. Jamie will also discuss the health benefits and nutrition content of these dishes. Don’t miss out on this tasty class!!
