Class: Make Salmon Great – Every Time!

Instructor: Chef Mark Steinmetz

Description: The West Coast sees some of the best fresh salmon in the world and this gorgeous fish is both nutritious and delicious! Chef Mark will show you how to select, purchase and prepare salmon. You will learn two different preparations for salmon. The first, a Grilled Salmon with Hazelnut Compound Butter and the second, an Oven Roasted Honey Glazed Triple Peppercorn Salmon. While learning these two dishes Chef Mark will also show you how to cut your own salmon. Lean how to put delectable fish on your table every time.

**Class price based on current market prices for quality salmon.

Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
