Class: Make Your Own Condiments – “Au Naturale”

Instructor: Jamie Aquino

Description: This class will take an all natural and plant-based approach to everyday condiments, packaged sauces, and gravy. Jamie will show you how to use unconventional ingredients and techniques to create: Mayonnaise, Country Gravy, a sweet and a savory Butter, a Cream Substitute, and Hollandaise Sauce, all without eggs or dairy! Keep your New Year’s resolutions with these healthy recipes that taste just as good, if not better than their traditional counterparts! All recipes are free of artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors and flavors.

*The recipes are gluten free, however some recipes will be served with bread.

Class Limit: 12       Class Style: Partial Hands on*       Class Cost: $39          Class time:  approx. 1.5 – 2 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
