Class: Veg 101 – Meatless Made Easy – NEW CLASS!

Description: Have you considered going meatless one meal a week? Maybe you’re ready to transition to a plant-based lifestyle but don’t know where to start? If you’re interested on how to incorporate more plant-based foods into your everyday diet, then this class is for you! In this class Jamie will show you: the basics on plant-based cooking, essential cooking and seasoning techniques for vegetables, grains, nuts, and legumes, and how to use them in place of animal products. Plus, Jamie will also share some of the nutritional benefits plant foods have on your health! You will take home a helpful Veg 101 Reference Guide that will give you alternatives in place of meat. Finally, you will sample some of the items demonstrated with both vegetarian and vegan options. Don’t miss out on this brand-new class with a delicious meal you won’t soon forget!
