Olive Oil & Vinegar Sampling with Angelina Olive Oils

Catherine Travo Herron is no stranger to the food business. Her parents owned Travo’s restaurant across from the historic Davenport Hotel, famous for their clam chowder.
In 2001 Catherine developed her own frozen food company specialty Italian favorites for the Spokane area and Seattle. In 2008 she got involved with wonderful olive oils and vinegars and set out to seek the best California olive oils had to offer.
Come try three new extra virgin oils: Ascolono, Mission, Manzanillo.
