ClassHome-made Pasta Making

Instructor: Alex Austin

Description: If you love pasta (and who doesn’t?), nothing is more rewarding than making your own. Learn the secrets to creating fresh pasta by hand. Learn to mix the dough and roll it through the pasta roller. You will also learn how to make Ravioli and Tortellini with seasonal toppings to complement your homemade dish. You will learn how to use a variety of naturally flavored sea salts and extra virgin olive oils to greatly enhance your pasta creations and other foods.

*Must be 16 years old or older to attend.

Class limit: 10            Class StyleHands-On*            Class Cost: $45              Class time: approx. 1.5 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
