Description: It’s here – Nicole Frickle’s Pie Class! Pie is perhaps the most comforting dessert and nothing tastes as good as the homemade kind. You’ll learn innovative techniques and multiple fillings like the family favorite, Cherry Cheesecake Pie. Learn a fun and delicious twist with apples; Caramel Muscovado Apple Pie, perfect for the cold Winter season right now. Nicole will show you her secret to make flaky crusts every time. Bring your own rolling pin; you don’t want to miss the fun! Each participant will get to make and take home their own small pie!
Class limit: 10 Class Style: Hands-on* Class Cost: $45 Class time: approx. 1.5 hours
Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!
*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,
Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
