Instructor: Chef David Ross – Welcome Back Chef David!
Description: Join Chef David and learn how to make Mexican Barbacoa Beef and the accompaniments for a Superbowl Party Barbacoa Buffet. Chef David will show you how to make the Barbacoa in a Slow-Cooker so this recipe will be easy to recreate during a busy week or for a weekend party. You will also learn how to make Chipotle-Pepita Salsa, Guacamole and Pickled Red Onions. Chef David will show how to use the Barbacoa Beef in Tostadas, Tortas and Street Tacos, and serve everything buffet style.
