Street Food with Jamie Aquino

Instructor: Jamie Aquino

Description: This class takes on the food truck scene, vegetarian style! Join Jamie while she walks you through her version of fun and tasty street food where everything on the menu can be eaten on the go!

First, you’ll start with a Spanish Patatas Brava served with lots of garlic, veggies, cheese, and a Creamy Aioli. Next, on to some protein with a Thai Tofu Satay, infused with notes of curry, coconut, and lemongrass, served with a dipping sauce. For dessert, Turon – a thin spring roll wrapper filled with green banana and brown sugar, then deep fried and served with Coconut Whipped Cream. A Filipino classic.  Plus, a bonus recipe that has been a staple in Jamie’s family for more than two decades, the famous Aquino Kids’ Spicy Noodles! Jamie will also give you ideas on how to build complete meals around each of these recipes, so you can enjoy these dishes anytime! Vegan options available!
