Instructor: Chef Mark Steinmetz

Description: Are you looking for a great summer dinner party idea? Come let Chef Mark teach you a new twist on the classic Surf and Turf. He will show you how to create this simple but impressive dish of Basil Marinated pan-seared Pork Loin Chops paired with Thai Glazed Chili Prawns that is sure to delight your special someone or your family and friends. He will finish it up with a fresh Strawberry Coeur a’la Creme dessert.
