Sweet & Savory Crepes with Nicole Frickle

Instructor: Nicole Frickle

Description: Crepes can make a perfect meal any time of day! In this hands-on class, Nicole will teach you how to make the perfect Crepe. Once you have mastered the base, you will then learn some of the endless possibilities for filling the crepes. Savory herb crepes will get you started but the real fun starts with dessert. Cheese filled crepes with sweet cream and fruit compote and chocolate crepes with chocolate mousse filling and caramel sauce topping will end the evening and have you well on your way to becoming a crepe master!

Class Limit: 10 Class Style: Hands-On* Class Cost: $45 Class time: approx. 1-1/2 hours




Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and food sampling. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
