Sweet & Savory Crepes with Kristi Fountain – Postponed/New Date TBD

Class: Sweet & Savory Crepes

Instructor: Kristi Fountain

Description: Join Kristi for an evening in Paris! A classic French street food, these light, thin pancakes are simple, versatile and delicious. Crepes can be served from breakfast to dessert and with endless filling options and ways to fold them, your crepes can be different every time. In this hands-on class, you will make, fill, fold and eat your very own sweet and savory crepes. You will learn all the tips, tricks and recipes for making crepes at home.

Class Limit: 10            Class Style: Hands-on*          Class Cost: $55         Class time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours  


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and meal-sized portions of food.

(Please note – there is no hands-on participation in a presentation style class unless otherwise noted!)

*Hands-On Style Classes include:  Smaller class size, more personal instruction, actual participation in some of the preparation, printed recipes, Q & A time, and meal-sized portions of food. Hurry – Classes fill up fast.  Please call to register!
