ClassAppetizers Anytime – Vegetarian Apps Everyone Will Love!

Instructor: Jamie Aquino

Description: Whether you’re preparing for a special occasion, throwing a backyard brunch, or simply want to add something special to the dinner table, this class has you covered! Six, yes six appetizers, with inspiration from around the globe that will have your guests reaching for seconds! On the appetizer menu: Crispy Phyllo Cups with a roasted garlic filling, Japanese Meatballs seasoned with Togarashi and a Red Miso Glaze, Italian Stuffed Mushrooms, Pineapple Teriyaki Tofu served mini-bob style, a Tea Sandwich with a spicy Korean twist, and an effortless Bloody Mary & Beets cold soup, served shot-glass style. These recipes are sure to be a hit at your next party!

Class Limit: 16          Class Style: Presentation*           Class Cost: $39              Class time:  approx. 1.5 – 2 hours


Note: Classes are all approximately 1 hour to 1 & 1.5 hours unless otherwise noted!

*Presentation Style Classes include: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens,

Q & A time, and good-sized samples of food.
