Description: Who doesn’t love delicious food encased in an edible wrapper? Come check out Jamie’s new class, where nutrition-meets gourmet-meets global cuisine! You’ll get hands-on when you learn how to make:

Lumpia Sariwa, a traditional Filipino dish that is served in a fresh wrapper, featuring thinly sliced vegetables like white sweet potato and jicama, topped with ground peanuts, and served with two dipping sauces. Next, you’ll make a Vegetable Sushi Wrap, with the traditional avocado, carrot, cucumber, and toasted nori filling. Then, add a twist with rice noodles and your choice of sauce, all wrapped in rice paper!

While you sit and enjoy your creation, Jamie will show you her Socca Wrap, traditionally French and high in protein, it’s filled with delicious roasted vegetables and a creamy sauce with a Mediterranean flair. Sign up quick for this class, your taste buds will thank you!

Class Limit: 10               Class Style: Hands-on*            Class Cost: $55           Class time: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours
